This policy does not cover:-
1. A different angle of the portrait
2. Submitting a new photo to be illustrated
All Other Items1. If you wish to cancel your order:
you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you. or
where goods have already been dispatched to you, contact us via email.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for according to our returns policy within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The cost of the design in non-refundable, which is 50% of payment taken.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
